This is a drawing I did a couple of years ago. It was just sitting in a stack of papers so I thought I would post it. I always enjoy drawing males because they have harsher lines which makes them easier to see and easier to draw.
Line drawings are not my strong suit and I really wish there was more time to practice. I am heading out tonight to draw with a group of artist and I did this quick study to get warmed up. I’m always stunned at how much easier it is to draw from life than from a photograph (this one was from a photo). You just can’t see what you need to. Anyway, practicing drawing is what I’m up to today.
